We specialise in resale property for sale in Kas and Kalkan. These two human scale towns are located in the western region of Antalya province by the Mediterranean Sea.

We are highly selective in adding properties to our listings. For instance, we rarely list ‘off-plan’ projects. We prefer to market properties that one can see, feel and touch. We leave large new development sales to other agents and focus our efforts on marketing properties that we believe offer some uniqueness or character - resale properties often offer better value for money and usually in the best locations.

Kas and Kalkan are of a human scale. Kas has a population of about 8000 and is protected from wholesale property development by the physical limitation that the mountains rising from its doorstep imposes. This is the key reason it maintains integrity, charm and natural beauty.

We are delighted to offer and arrange subsidised Inspection Trips - or we will help arrange flights, transfers and accommodation. We recommend a trip of at least four days mid week (preferably take a whole week); it is important that you have time to get to know a little of the area and spend at least a day and night wandering around to see if it gives you what you are looking for - if so, we will then take you on viewings of properties that meet your criteria in a relaxed manner.
